Verified customer concern. Catalyst monitor incomplete. All other readiness monitors show completed status. scanned for codes, no codes in ECM current, history or pending. test drove vehicle and properly heated catalyst for evaluation. graphed live upstream AFR and post catalyst heated oxygen sensor output signals fuel trims are within normal operating range. upstream AFR sensor signal is within expected values, post catalyst oxygen sensor signal has excessive oscillation indicating catalyst failure . post catalyst output should be stable and between .500mv-800mv if catalyst chemical reaction is occurring. The values on vehicle are oscillating rapidly from 100mv-850mv. catalyst has failed and will need to be replaced. vehicle has 230k+ miles and it appears to be original catalyst on vehicle. recommend new catalytic converter manifold assy as well as new AFR sensor and downstream 02 sensor as they also appear original
